She thrives when working with clients who are looking for a strategic thinker and problem-solver, transformative change agent, and multi-dimensional professional dedicated to consistently exceeding client's expectations. Kerryn has a Master's Degree in Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
Lindsey Speach has a unique background of 15+ years of experience on executive leadership teams of growing, entrepreneurial companies, primarily in the construction and consumer packaged goods industries. Lindsey has held key leadership and management roles while working through many business phases, including start-up, expansion of locations, products and services, acquisition, merger and private equity investment. She began her career in human resources and quickly expanded to people operations, business processes, community engagement, risk mitigation, safety, information technology and facilities. Lindsey thrives in entrepreneurial companies that want to align people and process performance to achieve maximum success with high-performance and growing profits. Lindsey earned her Bachelor’s degree at Siena College, MBA at Union Graduate College and top-level OSHA certification at RIT. Lindsey is a 40 Under 40 honoree of the Albany Business Review and serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area.
Founder of CR Finance Consulting and Strategy Partner at Salik, Casey Rosenzweig's passion for data and analytic based decision making has been the cornerstone of her 20-year finance career. Casey's experience across diverse industries and responsibilities makes her uniquely positioned to be a flexible finance or accounting resource. Casey started her career in public accounting earning her CPA experience requirement in New York State. Casey has worked within the CPG, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Paper & Forestry industries, working cross-functionally developing an operational focus. Casey’s drives this operational focus across all areas including: Accounting, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Cost Accounting, Risk Assessment/Management, Compliance and Cash Flow Management. Casey has developed and led high performing teams and is also comfortable rolling up her sleeves as an individual contributor. In addition to Accounting and Finance teams, Casey has overseen Information Technology, Logistics, Procurement and Corporate Compliance Departments. Casey's leadership style is to collaborate, mentor, and to lead by example. Casey attended Siena College, where she earned a B.S. and MBA in Accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
